Contribute to design and evolution of 4G/5G networks (RAN, Core Networks, MVNOs)
Participate in end-to-end lifecycle activities: requirements analysis, design, implementation, validation, optimization
Monitor network performance, analyze KPIs, and assist in issue resolution




Support interoperability validation across multiple network domains and elements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex concepts and deliver results
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
Experience or strong interest in mobile networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G) and RAN/Core Network architectures
Knowledge of MVNO ecosystems
Experience with OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager, and Telco monitoring platforms
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to design, validate, and optimize mobile network infrastructures and perform KPI analysis
