We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Content Coordinator who can join Digital Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan. /p pThe Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating content across digital touchpoints at global level. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and manage the commercial and content calendar, ensuring a balance between brand storytelling and commerce-driven initiatives, with strong sensitivity to brand identity and narrative. /li liCollaborate with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to define content priorities and align digital activities with business objectives and brand positioning. /li liCoordinate content strategy for campaigns, product launches, and key commercial moments, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and storytelling. /li liOversee newsletter strategy and copy briefs, ensuring editorial alignment with brand tone, campaigns, and commercial goals. /li liManage and structure all digital content within the DAM system,



ensuring assets are efficiently organized, accessible, and strategically used across channels. /li liPartner with merchandising to select content for digital marketing, balancing commercial needs and brand priorities. /li liSupport execution of new product launches, collection drops, and seasonal campaigns, including briefs for content creation and coordination with internal/external studios. /li liMaintain and update website navigation and page structure, ensuring optimal balance between editorial storytelling and e-commerce functionality. /li liOversee the editorial and product copy process, from briefing to translation management. /li liDesign and oversee new website pages, maintaining brand consistency and supporting conversion‑focused initiatives. /li liEnsure website content is strategically merchandised, optimized across the purchase funnel, and aligned with both brand guidelines and commercial priorities. /li liLead content performance analysis and A/B testing, collaborating with analytics and marketing teams to identify insights and optimization opportunities. /li liMonitor competitors and best‑in‑class digital experiences to identify content gaps, new opportunities, and innovative storytelling ideas.



/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated team member who has a background in and passion for luxury fashion and digital environments. A previous experience in an online business dept. within luxury retail would be a plus. /p ul liBachelor's Degree /li liFluent in English /li liKnowledge of digital analysis and reporting tools (ie: Google Analytics, Content Square) /li li5-6 years of relevant Digital Content experience /li liOffice Package user (Excel, PowerPoint) /li liAbility to use Commerce Cloud platform (SFCC) or alternative CMS /li liPIM Asset Management tools’ knowledge /liliKnowledge of website usability/optimization /li liExcellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liApplication of CCNL Tessile – Abbigliamento /li liLevel 7 /li liCompensation package range: from 40,000 to 50,000 /li /ul h3Our Shared Values /h3 pAt Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
