Responsabilità
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
At least ten years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership in B2B industrial xlwpduy environments
Proven track record in managing international businesses and leading structured sales organizations
Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Fluent English; second language is advantageous
