/li liCoordinate follow-up of strategic initiatives and action plans.
/li liPrepare presentations, meeting materials and executive summaries for management discussions.
/li liSupport communication and coordination with headquarters and internal departments.
/li liIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and internal processes.
/li /ul h3Sales Operations Order Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate customer orders from order confirmation through delivery.
/li liMonitor order status, delivery schedules and customer commitments.
/li liCoordinate with Operations, Logistics and Headquarters to ensure timely deliveries.
/li liProactively communicate order updates to customers and distribution partners.
/li liSupport demand planning and sales forecasting activities.
/li liMaintain accurate sales and order information within CRM and internal systems.
/li liAssist in resolving order-related and delivery issues.
/li /ul h3Customer Support Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate customer enquiries from pre-sales through after-sales support.
/li liEnsure prompt follow-up of customer requests and internal action items.
/li liCoordinate commercial and technical information between customers and internal teams.
/li liSupport quotation follow-up and commercial documentation.
/li liMaintain excellent communication with distributors, installers and customers throughout the order lifecycle.
/li /ul h3Customer Service Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate customer service activities together with the Technical Support team.
/li liFacilitate effective collaboration across Sales, Technical Support, Operations, Logistics, Finance and Headquarters.
/li liMonitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up.
/li liCoordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
/li liSupport continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
/li /ul h3Business Operations /h3 ul liMaintain CRM data accuracy and commercial documentation.
/li liPrepare operational and commercial reports, KPI dashboards and business performance analyses.
/li liSupport business planning, forecasting and internal reporting.
/li liCoordinate internal meetings and follow-up actions when required.
/li liCollect market feedback and support continuous business improvement initiatives.
/li /ul h3Events Commercial Support /h3 ul liSupport the organization of customer events, technical academies, webinars, roadshows and trade fairs.
/li liCoordinate logistics and operational preparation for commercial activities.
/li liSupport customer meetings, exhibitions and partner events by coordinating logistics, documentation and follow-up activities.
/li liSupport the execution of local marketing activities, customer events, product launch and commercial campaigns in cooperation with the team /li /ul h3Your background and skills: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
/li liAt least 2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial support or customer support.
/li liExperience in B2B environments is preferred.
/li liExperience in the photovoltaic,
renewable energy or electrical industry is preferred.
/li liExperience in order management, customer support or sales operations within an international company is considered an advantage.
/li liExperience working in an international and cross-functional environment is preferred.
/li liExperience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) is considered an advantage.
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liStrong organizational and coordination abilities.
/li liCustomer-oriented mindset.
/li liExcellent follow-up and execution skills.
/li liStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
/li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

/li liBusiness fluent English (written and spoken).
/li liThe position is primarily office-based in Bari to ensure close collaboration with the Country Manager and the Italian team.
/li liWillingness to travel regularly throughout Italy and occasionally internationally.
/li liValid driving licence.
