Quince in Firenze, Italy seeks a highly experienced Cashmere Material Quality Lead to steer quality from raw fiber to finished goods, aligning QA with our brand strategy.
You will manage a testing center, build a QA/QC team, and collaborate with sourcing, production and design to elevate standards.
You will lead quality systems, apply international testing standards (GB, ISO, ASTM), and communicate across suppliers in China and Mongolia.
