Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Rome to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code for training AI systems to think like developers. You’ll write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback that makes AI coding assistants smarter and safer.
This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week. You’ll work independently, time-flexibly, and contribute to high-impact AI projects from anywhere.
