A well established international Investment bank in Milan is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team.
Fluency in Italian is mandatory and a solid background in M&A;, financial analysis, and deal structuring is required.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Law, and have at least four years of M&A; experience in a reputed financial institution or law firm.
You will lead transactions, oversee due diligence, and support negotiations.
