Following the continued growth of the company, we are looking for the:
Industrial Product Lead
As part of its ongoing industrial development plan, Chiesi continues to strengthen its Team of Global Technical Operations & Supply (GTO).
The Industrial Product Lead will oversee products pertaining to the AIR/CARE/RARE Franchise, reporting directly to the Head of Industrial Platforms Strategy.
In response to the recent organizational evolution, this role is instrumental in shaping the
integrated long?term industrial strategy for each product
, covering
1) Long?term capacity and investment planning proposals,
2) COG alignment and optimization,
3) LT Supply chain robustness and continuity,
4) Geographic expansion impacts,
5) Sustainability and
6) technology evolutions while maintaining alignment with Air and Care Franchises and Global Rare Diseases BU.
The Industrial Product Leader entails
managing and coordinating LCM implementation
and continuous improvement of these products to ensure their market success and alignment with the overarching strategic goals of the company.
The Product Leader stands as main representant of Product Industrial Strategy Deployment and continuous improvement with stakeholders external and internal to the Global Technical Operations.
Key responsibilities
Active participation in the Product Core teams, acting as key representant of the GTO department and as Leader of the Product Industrial Strategy.
Deployment and implementation of Industrial Product Strategy (Late stage & Post Market): drives execution of program plans and critical decision making; ensure alignment with the Global Strategy to boost product success.
Identification of inputs to GTO Global Strategy: pinpoint and analyze essential inputs that influence the global strategic direction.
Identification and Management of Business Continuity and Product risks: Address both external and internal inputs to maintain seamless business operations and define mitigation plans
Escalation of critical Product Changes: highlight significant changes impacting Business Continuity and Product Strategy, ensuring timely escalation.
GeoExpansion impact assessment: evaluate the implications of geographical expansion strategy on product deployment and strategy.
Projects activation identification: define business cases for new projects and seek approval from relevant commitees.
Approval of new Streams: within the boundaries of approved budgets and FTEs, authorize new streams in line with departmental accountabilities.
Continuous project monitoring: maintain an ongoing review of projects, emphasizing their impact on product strategy.
Handle technical inputs and information, to anticipate and mitigate potential risks
Define common and consolidated communication: ensure cohesive and consistent communication with the Core Team and escalation bodies (Technical Review Board, Project Review Board).
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:
Degree in engineering or scientific discipline (Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Management Engineering).
Foreign Languages: excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills
At least 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry gained in Respiratory, Sterile and Biotechnological, Oral and topic products and technologies
.
Experience requested on Product and Project Leadership and Management, within complex matrixed organizations with strong focus in late stage/commercial phase
Soft Skills
High level of learning agility, comfortable in working with crossfunctional teams and fast paced and dynamic environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage different stakeholders
An open-minded and humble approach, with a goal-oriented mindset to understand and drive project success
Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting agreed deadlines;
Problem-solving and solution design-oriented skills;
Ability to work in a global environment, demonstrating good networking abilities, adaptive and autonomous thinking and proposition.
Willingness to travel if necessary.

The position can be based everywhere Chiesi has an affiliate.
The presence in Parma will be defined and requested according to the need.
In the first 6 to 9 months a higher presence in person needs to be considered.
Compensation range
The minimum salary for this role is € ******.
The final offer will reflect the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
This role is eligible to participate in an annual premio scheme.
