Feedel is the first venture studio for Italians abroad. We work closely with tech founders, traditional entrepreneurs, and investors from Europe and the US. supporting early-stage entrepreneurs and building new AI-driven ventures. About the role
You'll be exposed to a unique mix of business planning, strategic scenario analysis, project management, and financial forecasting. You will support CEOs and top managers directly creating and refining business plans, driving operations and lead reporting. You will analyze and understand business models, competitive context, core operations, and market and competitive dynamics.
What you will do
Support venture building by acting as an entrepreneur-in-residence for early-stage startups
Lead operations and project management for a new acceleration program that Feedel is launching in 2027
Research and analyze market dynamics and business model scenarios
Build business plans and conduct financial analysis
Work with complex datasets, leveraging AI agents, to identify, address, and resolve problems
Prepare financial models and polished presentations for top management
Help write and review complex project documentation
What we are looking for
Previous experience as co-founder of a startup is preferred
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a top consulting firm, accelerator, innovation operator or similar high-performance organization
Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and AI prompting
An analytical mindset, with an entrepreneurial and startup spirit
Natural curiosity and a “big picture” mentality
Excellent spoken and written communication; comfortable reaching out to strangers
Excellent knowledge of the English and Italian language
What we offer
A full-time position, €30-40k fixed per year based on experience level
Variable compensation of up to 15%, based on performance, with a stock package
In-person work from our Taranto, Bologna, or Berlin offices, with the possibility of working remotely for extended periods
Quarterly offsites with the rest of the team
