To strengthen our equestrian team, we are looking for a passionate and welcoming Riding Instructor (m/f/d) who combines a love for horses with enthusiasm for working with children and creating unforgettable experiences in nature.
Your Tasks
Conduct age-appropriate riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders
Lead trail rides and nature-based riding experiences
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our equestrian programme
Share knowledge about horses, riding and responsible horse care
Care for and ensure the wellbeing of our horses
Organise stable tours and interactive experiences in our equestrian centre
If qualified, provide equine-assisted therapy sessions Work closely with the Kids Club and all operational departments
Your Profile
Certified Riding Instructor or equivalent qualification
Experience in equine-assisted therapy is an advantage
Sound knowledge of horse care and stable management
Experience working with children
Passion for nature, horses and child-centred learning
Independent, responsible and well-organised working style
Warm personality and genuine passion for hospitality
Very good Italian and English skills; German is an advantage
