What You´ll Do
Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods ontime
Coordinate with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers
Coordinate with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower
Manage express deliveries to cover rush orders
Keep and assure Master data updates
Monitor deliveries ongoing via track & trace tool
Manage transport complaintsProvide reconciliation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing / Finance
Provide transport KPIs reports to support carrier performance review
What makes you a good fit
Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Transportation Customer orientation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of enthusiasm and problem solving skills
Fluent in English
MS Office package
