What you'll do Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding new hires, making contract adjustments, and managing offboarding processes.
Ensure that all employee documentation is maintained in compliance with GDPR regulations and is ready for audits.
Administer payroll processes, including the distribution of payslips, management of TFR (Trattamento di Fine Rapporto), and coordination of meal vouchers.
Facilitate mandatory health and safety training sessions and organize medical check-ups in accordance with D.Lgs. 81/08.
Monitor the legal inbox for HR-related inquiries and prepare necessary forms for submission to local authorities.
Coordinate the activation of interprofessional training funds to support employee development.
Maintain the accuracy of HRIS data and work on developing efficient workflows and templates for various HR processes.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in HR administration.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing HR metrics to support decision-making within the People Operations team.
Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Requirements Previous experience in a People Administration or HR role, particularly within the Italian market.




Familiarity with Italian employment legislation, especially CCNL Commercio.
Comprehensive understanding of the local employee lifecycle and the necessary documentation standards.
Proficient in HRIS systems, with a preference for experience with HiBob, as well as Google Workspace tools.
Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational capabilities.
Professional fluency in both Italian and English, enabling effective communication across diverse teams.
Competence in generating reports and managing data using Google Sheets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to have Experience in a tech or fintech environment, which could provide valuable insights into our operations.
Familiarity with additional HR tools and software that could enhance our administrative processes.
Previous exposure to employee engagement initiatives or wellness programs.
Knowledge of other languages, which could be beneficial in our multicultural workplace.
Skills & tools Proficient in HRIS platforms, particularly HiBob, and adept with Google Workspace applications.




Strong analytical skills for data management and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Practical notes This position is particularly open to candidates who are part of the Italian Protected Categories as defined by Law 68/99, Art. 1.
