brpb Key Responsibilities: /b /pulli Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to managers to enhance leadership capability and decision-making, in complex scenarios including performance coaching, wellbeing and restructuring programmes.
/lili Independently or in collaboration with HR and Legal partners, lead the resolution of policy or culture concerns, incident response, and threat management.
/lili Identify and escalate trends in employee relations and provide expert consulting in HR program areas.
/lili Partner with HR peers to manage and implement scalable capability-building initiatives.
/li /ul pb Qualifications /b : /pullib Required:
/b /lili Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR equivalent experience.
xrdbqlu /lili Employee relations case handling /lili Disciplinary processes /lili Investigations / grievances /lili Hands-on HR operations /li /ul ullib Nice to have: /b /li /ulp1+ year(s) employee relations experience.
