Experteer Overview

In this role you lead or support engineering, construction, and material handling projects across Europe to deliver timely, compliant facilities improvements. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and standards while engaging diverse stakeholders.
The position offers exposure to large-scale real estate and infrastructure programs within a global, people-focused company. You will help drive efficiency and continuous improvement in project delivery, aligning with Fed Ex’s global operations.

This is a hands‑on, travel‑involved role with meaningful impact on site performance and business outcomes.

- Lead or support multiple engineering, construction and material handling projects across Europe
- Manage schedules, resources and budgets for construction and material handling projects
- Monitor contract compliance across activities and countries
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate with stakeholders
- Develop and manage capital and expense budgets and manage changes
- Proactively manage project risks and changes with stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives




- Ensure project safety and adherence to company requirements
- Travel across Europe to visit sites and meet with developers/contractors

Responsabilità

- 5-8 years of experience in project management, real estate development, or facility engineering
- Degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
- Excellent communication, structured thinking, fact‑based approach
- Fluency in English
- Experience with cross‑functional projects in engineering, construction or logistics (Brownfield/Greenfield)
- Strong project management skills including budgets, plans, and design coordination
- Knowledge of project management software (MS Project) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Experience working with diverse teams across multiple regions
