Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will lead project delivery within a structured PM framework to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. You will work with cross-functional teams in Procurement, Logistics, Assembly and Sales, plus international suppliers, to oversee R&D; and inter-company projects. You will safeguard scope, cost and quality while maintaining robust project documentation and governance. This is a chance to shape projects in the pharmaceutical packaging domain within a global manufacturing group.
base salary from €40,800 depending on experience

Apply and enforce the company-wide Project Management Framework, methodology, policy, processes, and tools.
Validate project scope, time, and cost against the business case or customer contract.
Identify and engage project stakeholders, including client representatives where applicable.




Ensure project objectives are met within constraints of budget, time, scope, and quality.
Coordinate key communications and maintain all project documentation.
Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering
3–5 years’ experience in project management in industrial environments and matrix organisations
Pharmaceutical sector experience is preferred
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent command of English
Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
Ability to manage projects independently
Strong problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
