Site Team Leader/ Capoturno (Firenze) at deliveroo. This position is central to the daily operations of our dark store. You will lead a team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient site functionality. Your work directly contributes to the smooth running of our Hop locations.
Key facts Location: Florence - Via Vincenzo Bellini (Hop) Engagement: Full-time, Fixed Term Compensation: €21,600 - €27,000 gross per year. Classified as Livello 5 under the CCNL Commercio e Terziario. Workplace: On-site
What you'll do Oversee timely order fulfillment.
Manage the opening and closing procedures of the store.
Coordinate with riders for prompt deliveries.
Supervise the shipping area and assist with packaging orders.
Verify all deliveries are scanned and complaints are documented.
Process incoming deliveries, ensuring correct product placement and date rotation.




Maintain accurate inventory counts across all areas.
Collaborate with Assistant Warehouse and Warehouse Managers for site efficiency.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and address hazards quickly.
Requirements Fluent in Italian.
Prior experience in a similar operational setting is preferred.
Available for flexible working hours.
Prepared to work 40 hours per week.
Proven ability to meet performance targets.
Nice to have Basic English language skills.
