About the role Field Sales Partner at Doctolib. We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Partner to join our team in Rome, Italy, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the accessibility of healthcare services for patients. In this position, you will be the primary liaison between Doctolib and local healthcare providers, overseeing the entire sales process from the initial outreach to the finalization of contracts. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving patient care and streamlining operations for medical professionals.

Salary: €40,000 to €48,000 gross annually, inclusive of performance bonuses

What you'll do Initiate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings with local medical practices.
Assess and qualify potential leads, ensuring a robust sales pipeline through regular follow-up and engagement.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations at medical facilities, tailoring presentations to meet specific client needs and effectively addressing any concerns to secure agreements.
Oversee the complete sales process, from contract negotiations to the initial training of new clients on our products.
Ensure a seamless transition for new accounts by coordinating with the onboarding team.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as conversion rates, win rates, and sales cycle duration using our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and continuously refine sales strategies for improved outcomes.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Actively seek feedback from clients to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Doctolib and expand your professional network.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Requirements A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in a similar role.
A valid driver's license and readiness to travel within your designated territory.
A strong focus on achieving results, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive attitude and high energy level.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Nice to have Experience or a keen interest in the healthcare industry, which will enhance your understanding of client needs.
Proficiency in English,
which will be beneficial for communication with international colleagues and clients.
Familiarity with digital health solutions and their impact on patient care.
