As a B2B Project Manager at Talentgarden, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client projects. Your expertise will be essential in managing the lifecycle of various initiatives, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals and meet client expectations. What you’ll do Lead and oversee multiple B2B projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, adapting as necessary to meet changing client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure that project milestones are achieved and quality standards are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.
Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress, risks,
and any necessary adjustments to the project plan.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients, showcasing progress, challenges, and successes.
Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging knowledge sharing and supporting team members in their professional development.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management, applying this knowledge to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Assist in the development of project management methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Engage in post-project evaluations to gather insights and lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B context, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to apply them effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have Experience in the technology or digital marketing sectors, providing a deeper understanding of client needs and industry challenges.
Familiarity with budget management and financial forecasting related to project delivery.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus, showcasing your commitment to professional development.
Multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Italian, to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
