What You'll Do
Assist with a variety of legal matters, including drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
Participate in client meetings and case strategy discussions
Gain direct courtroom exposure and experience under supervision
Work closely with experienced attorneys in a team-oriented setting
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Must be in good standing with the Alabama State Bar (unless bar results are pending)
0-2 years of legal experience
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
A genuine interest in learning and developing courtroom experience
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment

Position Details
This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for remote work under certain circumstances.
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, recognizing that this is a junior associate position requiring significant training, supervision, and professional development. In addition to base compensation, the associate will be eligible for incentive compensation based on fees collected from clients originated by the associate, subject to the firm's compensation policies.
