/pp We are looking for motivated candidates for the Vigilance Safety Officer position, ready to step up, take on challenges with determination, and make a real impact.
/pp Key activities /pulli Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) of the Company coming from clinical trials or from the markets via affiliates or distributors (Medical Devices, In Vitro Diagnostic Devices, Food Supplements, Cosmetics, General sales).




Checking data for consistency and accuracy triggering follow-up requests to local teams if needed.
Ensure recording data in the Global Safety Database (triage/acceptance, Data Entry, Quality Check, Submission) /lili Performing ICSRs reconciliations with relevant stakeholders.
/lili Supporting in writing or reviewing Standard Operating Procedures of the PMS System, where appropriate.
/lili Ensuring Vigilance compliance KPIs are met.
/lili Supporting in screening of scientific literature when needed and appropriate.
/lili Supporting the Vigilance and Safety team in general activities and/or drafting vigilance documents.
/lili Interacting with concerned internal departments, affiliates, and providers.
/lili Join cross functional teams where appropriate.
/li /ulp Qualifications /pulli Bachelor's Degree in Scientific Disciplines (Pharmacy, CTF, or similar) /lili Knowledge and/or experience in Pharmacovigilance requirements/obligations are welcomed /lili Previous knowledge of Pharmacovigilance databases is welcomed.
/lili Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is required and knowledge of another foreign language is appreciated.
/li /ulp Attitude /pulli Able to work in team and problem-solving skills.
/lili Good knowledge of Microsoft office Tools.

9 – Monza (MB) /pp Working hours: Full-time (38,5 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday) /pp Lavoro da remoto: 10 days per month /pp Gross Annual Salary Range: €33,000 – €35,000 /pp Meal vouchers: €6,00 for remote working days /pp On-site Canteen.
