Specialista Senior / Project Manager
As Senior Product Manager for the Critical Power portfolio, you shape the strategy, vision, and long-term direction of a global product line. You connect market needs, technology trends, and financial performance to drive profitable growth and lifecycle discipline. You work across functions to align Agile Teams and deliver differentiated offerings that meet customer value and market opportunities. This role offers cross-border impact, leadership without direct reports, and the chance to influence a global portfolio in a dynamic, matrix-driven environment.
Own the global product portfolio strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and P&L; performance
Define mid- to long-term portfolio direction and align Agile Teams around priorities
Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks; assess potential M&A; or partnerships
Drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D;, operations, sales, finance, and service
Translate insights into portfolio recommendations and leadership decisions
Ensure product development from concept to market launch and successful execution
Build and influence high-performing cross-functional teams and partnerships




Monitor market and competitive developments to shape differentiated offerings
8+ years in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Business Development, or related leadership role in power electronics or industrial technology
Proven experience managing global product portfolios with strategy, lifecycle, and performance accountability
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L; ownership, business case development, pricing, and profitability management
Track record translating market insights into successful product strategies; identifying customer needs and opportunities
Experience leading cross-functional teams in global matrix organizations without direct reporting authority
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (electrical/power) or related field; MBA advantageous
