What you'll do Lead and manage all aspects of hospitality operations, including front desk services, event coordination, and member support, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Develop and implement hospitality strategies that enhance member engagement and satisfaction, aligning with the overall goals of Talentgarden.
Collaborate with the events team to design and execute a diverse range of events, from networking gatherings to workshops, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously planned and executed.
Train, mentor, and supervise hospitality staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork while encouraging professional development.
Monitor and manage the hospitality budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards.
Gather and analyze feedback from members and guests to continuously improve hospitality services and address any concerns promptly.




Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers to enhance the offerings available to members and guests.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote hospitality services and events, leveraging social media and other channels to engage the community.
Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries related to hospitality services, providing timely and effective solutions.
Foster a sense of community within the space by organizing regular social events and activities that encourage networking and collaboration among members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality management, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the member experience.
Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting in a hospitality context.
Proficiency in using hospitality management software and tools,



along with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian or other languages is a plus.
A passion for creating memorable experiences and a genuine interest in the startup and innovation ecosystem.
Nice to have Previous experience in a coworking space or startup environment.
Knowledge of local food and beverage trends and partnerships.
Experience in event planning and coordination, with a portfolio of successful events.
Certification in hospitality management or related fields.
A network of contacts within the local hospitality industry.
Skills & tools Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Guestline, RoomRaccoon).
Familiarity with event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector.
Practical notes This role is based in Milano, and candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events and member support.
The selected candidate will be expected to start within a reasonable timeframe, with exact dates to be discussed during the interview process.
