The Head Sommelier at Aman Rosa Alpina leads the wine program across all Food & Beverage outlets, private dining and guest events, reporting to the Director of F&B.; This role combines technical wine expertise with warm hospitality to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining profitability and service standards.
You will develop the sommelier team, collaborate with the culinary brigade, manage inventory, sourcing, tastings and education, and uphold Aman’s philosophy of intuitive hospitality
