Holidu in Cagliari is seeking a Team Leader to guide the local sales and account management team in Sardinia.
You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team to hit ambitious regional targets while expanding our hosts portfolio and strengthening the Holidu brand.
You will routinely visit customers, collaborate with the Head of Sales & Account Management, and shape regional strategy.
The role offers a hybrid setup with 50% in-office time and a competitive OTE package in euros.
