Job Overview
Givenchy, a prestigious and iconic fashion house, seeks a highly experienced and dynamic Production, Purchasing & Quality Manager to lead all aspects of production, from raw materials to final shipments.

The role supervises Leathergoods, Accessories and Shoes Production activities in Italy including Production Planning, Purchasing and Quality with external suppliers. Leading Production, Purchasing of Raw Materials and Quality Teams.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Production

Leading and Coordination of Production Planning Team

Allocation of Production, Press, VIP, Uniform, Outlet orders for LG, Shoes, Bijoux, Accessories

Monitoring of Budget

Coordination of weekly meetings with Development, Industrialization and Quality Teams

Management of external vendors during Production to guarantee the respect of the delivery dates agreed between the Industrial Team and the Supply Chain Central

Management of the Industrial Production Plan of Givenchy Accessories

Consolidation of relationships with suppliers

Management contracts with suppliers, documents and procedures

Bargaining Production capacities

Focus on launches and priorities: creation of Retroplanning

Analysis of KPIs: on time, accuracy, cancellations end season

Analysis and Reports sharing with Direction and Suppliers

Vendor Rating: KPI and Dashboard for Suppliers

Creation and sharing of Production Report

Coordination of Scouting for new suppliers

Management and negotiation of Production costs and budget

Purchasing

Leading and Coordination of Purchasing Team

Oversee Pre-Orders of Raw Materials (MRP)

Management of Production of Raw Materials to guarantee the respect of the delivery dates agreed between the Industrial Team and the Supply Chain Central

Consolidation of relationships with tanneries, fabrics and metal HW suppliers

Bargaining of Production capacities





Validation of Leftover and costs

Stock management, logistics

Management and negotiation of Production costs and budget for raw materials

Coordination of weekly meetings with R&D;, Industrialization and Quality Teams

Quality

Leading and Coordination of Quality Team (Finished goods Inspectors)

Supervise for Aftersales and Spare Parts activities

Management, definition and update of Quality Standards (finish products, raw materials, processes, suppliers)

Definition of strategic plans and improvement actions for quality

Management and monitoring of external Production through periodic visits and constant follow up

Management of Lab Tests and Weartests

Definition of Packaging for products

Profile
Profile: Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering. At least 10 years of experience in similar role, as Production and Purchasing Manager or Quality Manager, gained in an industrial manufacturing context. Expertise on manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and good knowledge of Power BI. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English or French. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Organized, rigorous, and reliable, comfortable in the field, able to challenge suppliers with tact, and demonstrate strong follow-up discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.

For this role the initial annual gross salary is EUR 70.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a premio scheme, at Givenchy’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Industria Tessile Abbigliamento), as applied by Givenchy in Italy.
