What you’ll do Identify and pursue high-value accounts by leveraging data insights and strategic commercial approaches.
Develop and oversee marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams to enhance outreach efforts.
Execute multi-channel outreach initiatives, crafting personalized messages that resonate with the specific needs of merchants.
Assist in formulating strategic account plans while adapting prospecting strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
Utilize AI-driven tools and workflows to discover and initiate early-stage sales opportunities effectively.
Participate in industry events and engage with potential clients face-to-face to foster new business relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and share insights that can enhance overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements Proficiency in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated sales expertise, particularly in understanding the intricacies of enterprise deal mechanics and qualification processes.
Exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with senior-level prospects and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
High resilience and adaptability when managing complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processes.

Practical notes The total compensation for this role ranges from €45,712.50 to €69,525.00 annually, reflecting the skills and experience of the candidate.
This position is classified as Impiegato - 1° Livello under the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi contract, ensuring fair labor practices.
Adyen operates with an office-first approach; therefore, this role requires regular attendance at our Milan office.
