European CIB Bank Italy seeks a Vice President to lead the FCC program, ensuring compliance with Italian and EU regulations. You will develop and implement a robust AML/CTF, sanctions, and ABC framework while partnering with local and HQ teams.
You will guide decision-making through a risk-based approach, strengthen the compliance management system, and deliver training and reporting to senior stakeholders. Strong regulatory knowledge and 7+ years of experience are required.
