brp Website the Role /pp To provide technical guidance for the installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialized machinery and equipment used in civil construction projects, ensuring reliable equipment performance and effective customer support throughout the equipment lifecycle.
The role acts as a technical link between the Engineering home office, customers, project teams, and site personnel, supporting the successful deployment and operation of equipment at construction sites and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and field service activities.
/p pb Responsibilities /b /p pb Equipment Installation and Commissioning /b /pulli Contribute to the installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning of machinery and specialized equipment at customer and project sites.
/lili Perform functional checks and verify the correct operation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control systems.
/lili Assist with equipment start-up and ensure that machinery is properly configured and ready for operation.
/lili Support the integration and testing of equipment control and monitoring systems.
/lili Identify and resolve technical issues arising during installation and commissioning.

/lili Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control-system issues.
/lili Provide remote and on-site technical support to minimize equipment downtime.
/lili Analyse equipment failures and identify the root causes of technical problems.
/lili Recommend and implement corrective actions and repairs.
/lili Support warranty-related technical investigations and interventions.

/lili Monitor equipment performance and identify potential technical problems before they lead to failures or downtime.
/lili Support equipment maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and repairs.
/lili Assist in the management of spare parts and technical materials required for field interventions.
/lili Work closely with project and site teams to ensure equipment availability and operational continuity.
/li /ul pb Customer Training /b /pulli Support the training of customers and operators on the correct use, operation, and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment.
/lili Prepare and deliver practical demonstrations and technical instructions.
/lili Ensure that operators understand equipment operating procedures and relevant safety requirements.

/lili Record technical issues, equipment failures, corrective actions, and maintenance activities.




/lili Provide feedback to Engineering and Product Development teams regarding recurring technical issues and opportunities for improvement.
/lili Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and field interventions.
/li /ul pb Continuous Improvement /b /pulli Contribute to the identification of recurring technical issues and propose improvements to equipment design, reliability, and maintainability.

/lili Support the development and improvement of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
/lili Contribute to lessons-learned activities following commissioning and field operations.
/li /ul pb Health, Safety and Compliance /b /pulli Perform all activities in compliance with Company HSE policies, customer requirements, and applicable site safety regulations.
/lili Ensure that equipment is operated, tested, and maintained in accordance with relevant technical and safety requirements.
/lili Immediately report unsafe conditions, equipment defects, or operational risks.
/li /ul pb Qualifications /b /pulli At least 8-10 years of work experience /lili Technical high school diploma or engineering degree (core knowledge: Mechatronics) /lili Technical expertise in machinery and equipment, preferably used in civil construction /lili Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /lili Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /lili Good English knowledge /lili Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance /li /ul p Position report to the head of engineering.
Activities are mainly performed at our offices in Cargnacco (Udine), with regular site missions at world wide level.
/p pb Pay range and compensation package /b /pp Annual base salary from 45,000€ to 55,000€ based on experience and qualifications.
Plus assignment allowances when on mission.
