Job description
We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our ICT Team and contribute to our Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define theAI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilities
Evaluate and contribute to theselection and implementation of the AI-powered analytics platform, ensuring alignment with Tenova's strategic goals
Explore and prototypeAI/ML modelsto extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence
Support the transition from legacy systems (e.G., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platforms
Design and deliverinteractive dashboards and visualizations(Power BI or similar) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiatives
What we ask for
Solid experience withSAP Business Warehouse(data modeling, ETL, reporting)
Strong understanding ofdata analytics architectures, with interest or experience inAI/ML applications
Familiarity withPower BIor other BI tools is a plus
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in English

For the position, the starting gross annual salary will be from € ******, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's seniority, experience, and skills, as well as the outcome of the selection process.
