Senior Planner – Pharmaceutical ConstructionLocation: Milan, ItalyJob Type: Contract / FreelanceDuration: 24 MonthsOverviewWe are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering a major pharmaceutical construction project in Milan.They are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team and take ownership of the integrated programme across a complex, fast-paced capital project.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-value pharmaceutical facility from construction through to commissioning and handover.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and update integrated Primavera P6 schedulesBuild and maintain the project baseline programmeMonitor project progress and provide accurate programme updatesCoordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement,



construction and commissioning teamsProduce look-ahead schedules, critical path analysis and progress reportsIdentify programme risks and develop recovery plans where requiredAttend project planning and coordination meetings with key stakeholdersSupport change management, delay analysis and schedule impact assessmentsAssist with commissioning planning and project handoverRequirementsProven experience as a xrdbqlu Senior Planner on large-scale pharmaceutical or life sciences projectsAt least one completed pharmaceutical construction projectAdvanced Primavera P6 experienceStrong understanding of EPC/EPCM project environmentsExperience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction programmesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent Italian requiredIf interested, please apply or email
