Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for the performance of the Authorized Repairer network through a full performance management cycle: KPI analysis ? gap identification ? action plan definition ? results monitoring. You will contribute to revenue growth, the development of upselling opportunities, aftersales customer retention, and increased workshop traffic across the dealer network. Your Responsibilities Drive Parts & Accessories revenue, retention and upselling vs target; size network potential through KPI and geo-marketing insights. Drive Authorized Repairers Commercial Policy and target setting together with the NSC in accordance with Regional guidelines. Analyze KPIs, diagnose gaps,



agree action plans and follow up on impact with NSCs and priority dealers. Lead structured performance reviews; coach NSC and field force on commercial routines, customer experience and service retention. Ensure adoption of central programs, commercial training, Field Force Automation AI tools and training; accelerate blockers and share market insights. Provide structured feedback to central Project Managers. Conduct structured performance reviews with the Sales & Marketing team Your Qualification Skills and Experience From 7 to 10 years of experience in dealer network / aftersales performance management (at least 5 years in the aftersales/automotive industry) Master's degree in economics or engineering Strong KPI analysis & performance management capability Ability to identify gaps and drive action plans with measurable impact Solid commercial acumen (revenue growth, upselling, service retention) Strong coaching & influencing skills (NSC teams and field force) Ability to lead performance reviews and governance routines Good understanding of tools, programs & digital solutions adoption (e.g., AI tools) Strong stakeholder management & cross-market coordination Fluent English and Italian (at least B2) Our Offer Salary range: from ***** € to ***** €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
