Mission
We are seeking aSoftware Engineerto join our backend engineering team and help design, build, and scale high-performance software solutions.
You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers while remaining hands-on in coding and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and securePython applicationsandAPIs.
Contribute to thearchitectureandtechnical designof complex backend systems.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
Implement and maintainunit, integration, and performance teststo ensure reliability.
Optimize code and systems forperformance and scalability.
Participate incode reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Contribute tocontinuous integration and deliverypipelines.
Support and mentor junior developers within the team.
Technical Requirements
Strong experience withPython 3.xand one or more major frameworks (Django,FastAPI,Flask).
Solid understanding ofsoftware architectureanddesign patterns.




Experience withRESTful APIsandmicroservices architectures.
Proficiency inrelational and NoSQL databases(e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Experience withDockerandKubernetesfor containerization and orchestration.
Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines(GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
Knowledge ofcloud environments(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong understanding ofversion control(Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Experience withtesting frameworks(PyTest, Unittest) and debugging tools.

Education & Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
4+ yearsof professional experience in backend software development with Python.
Proven track record of contributing to large-scale production systems.
Nice to Have
Experience withasync programming(asyncio, Celery).
Knowledge ofevent-driven systems(Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Exposure toDevOps practicesand infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
