Alongside the core Palantir practice sits a second pillar applying the same methodology on non-Palantir stacks for smaller companies.

/liliBuilding data pipelines, ontologies and operational applications end to end.
You own the problem, not a ticket.
/liliTranslating messy operational reality into working software, often with no specification to start from.




/liliDeploying AI and LLM-driven workflows where they genuinely change how a business operates.
/liliHolding your own in front of senior client stakeholders: scoping, pushing back, setting honest expectations.
/liliHelping establish the delivery standards and ways of working for a team that#39;s about to multiply in size.
/li /ulpbr / /ppWhat we#39;re looking for /ppstrongEssential /strong /pulliStrong engineering fundamentals, with Python and SQL as a baseline.
/liliHands-on production experience with Palantir Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Ontology, and application layers such as Workshop) /liliGenuine client facing capability, or a clear appetite for it.
This role is not behind a wall.
/liliComfort with ambiguity and a bias towards shipping.
/liliWillingness and eligibility to relocate to Milan permanently.
/liliFluent English.
