SGD Pharma is seeking an HR Specialist – Training, Recruiting & Communication in Italy to help build the local HR department and align sites with HQ standards.
You will support recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR operations while serving as a cultural bridge across the organization.
You will report to the Country HR Manager and interface with international teams.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus.
