/pp Your Mission /pp Your mission is to lead technical excellence and engineering team development, ensuring scalable architectural solutions and guiding engineers toward best development practices.
/pp You will be the technical reference of the organization: making strategic architectural decisions, leading by example in code quality, sustainably reducing technical debt, and driving team growth and the company's long-term technological capability.
/pp What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
/pulli Define and evolve the platform's technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
/lili Lead and mentor a team of 6–10 engineers distributed across multiple development squads.
/lili Establish and uphold code quality standards, review processes, and engineering best practices.
/lili Prioritize and manage technical debt strategically, driving refactoring initiatives with measurable impact.
/lili Collaborate closely with Product Managers to assess technical feasibility and plan the implementation of new features.
/lili Coordinate with the DevOps team on infrastructure strategies, deployment pipelines, and cloud architecture.
/lili Work with QA to define technical testing strategies and quality assurance processes.
/lili Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks,



and technologies that bring value to the team and product.
/lili Represent the company in the technical community: conferences, meetups, and open source contributions.
/lili Define professional development plans for engineers and actively participate in technical talent assessment.
/li /ulp What Are We Looking For?
/pp Must-Have /pulli Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
/lili7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles.
/lili Advanced proficiency in SOLID principles, design patterns, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and CQRS.
/lili Strong experience with PHP 8+ and frameworks such as Symfony or Slim, as well as modern JavaScript (Angular, VueJS, TypeScript).
/lili Background in event-driven architectures, microservices, and distributed systems at scale.
/lili Proven track record in engineering team mentoring, code review leadership, and technical standard definition.
/lili Experience with infrastructure and scalability tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch.
/lili Professional level of English (C1).
/li /ulp Nice-to-Have /pulli Advanced certifications in solutions architecture (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architecture).
/lili Experience in high-growth environments and technology scaling challenges.
/lili Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies applied to technical teams.
/lili Experience in database design, optimization, and distributed systems.
/lili Active participation in the technical community (conferences, open source, publications).
/lili Experience collaborating with Data teams for technical integrations and analytics.
/lili Ability to communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
/lili Experience defining career development plans and growth paths for engineers.
