ppJoin our Pre-Sales team in Milan, supporting our growth in Italy by managing the full bid process for IT, engineering, and transformation projects.
You will work at the intersection of sales, consulting, technology, engineering, and delivery, helping clients define and shape solutions across a wide range of topics.
/ph3Your missions /h3ulliSupport sales teams during client meetings, discovery sessions, and opportunity qualification discussions /liliAnalyse client requirements and translate them into clear solution options /liliCollaborate with IT, engineering, consulting, and delivery experts to define the proposed approach /liliStructure the scope, deliverables, project phases, governance, team setup, and delivery model /liliPrepare presentations, workshops, solution documents, and demos for client meetings /liliDevelop value propositions and key messages for each opportunity /liliLead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for IT, engineering, and transformation projects /liliManage responses to RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and other client consultations /liliCoordinate contributions from sales, consulting, engineering, delivery, finance, procurement, and legal teams /liliEnsure consistency between client requirements, solution design, delivery approach, and commercial proposal /liliPrepare bid plans, response schedules, and organise internal reviews and approvals /liliWork with finance, sales, and delivery teams to prepare project cost estimates and pricing models /liliContribute to the development of proposal templates, case studies,



and reusable content /liliCapture lessons learned from completed bids and support continuous improvement of pre-sales activities /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliExperience in bid management, pre-sales, consulting, project management, technical writing, or process implementation (more than 4 years ) /liliExperience contributing to proposals, tenders, RFPs, solution design, or client presentations /liliGood understanding of IT services, engineering services, consulting, or business transformation projects /liliMaster's degree in engineering, computer science, business, economics, or a related field /liliItalian and English fluent.
French is a plus.
