-- We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in within the Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.
How you make the difference In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Business Controlling team, contributing to financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision support for the Business Unit.
How your agenda looks like: Support the preparation of Budget and Forecast processes for your perimeter; Perform monthly closing activities and ensure accurate reporting of financial results; Analyze business performance versus budget and prior year, identifying key drivers and variances; Prepare clear and insightful financial reporting to support management decision-making; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data; Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools, processes, and reporting systems.




Your team: You will report directly to our Finance Senior Manager.
What makes you a great fit: Education: Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field Experience: at least 4 years of experience in Controlling or similar finance roles Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Excel; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus Required availability for frequent weekly travel across the Italian territory Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required What's in for you: Work location: Milan, Italy Contract type: Permanent Working Hours: Tempo pieno Remote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available Curious About Us?
