/p pb Role Overview: /b /pp We are looking for an b PM and Assistant to the General Manager Mandarin Speaker /b who will act as a key link between our Italian operations and the headquarters in China.
This role combines coordination, project management, and strategic communication — an opportunity to work closely with top management and contribute to the success of our Italian branch within a global organization.
/p pb What You'll Do: /b /pulli Coordinate and support projects assigned by the Chinese headquarters, ensuring effective planning, execution, and communication between teams.
/lili Develop and optimize workflows and procedures, contributing to the introduction of IT systems and tools that enhance efficiency.
/lili Monitor project timelines, budgets, and results, ensuring alignment with company priorities.

/lili Identify potential risks and propose proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
/lili Prepare reports and analyses for the local and global management teams, supporting informed decision-making.
/li /ulpb What We're Looking For: /b /pulli Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Management Engineering, Economics, or STEM disciplines.
/lili2–3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within eCommerce, digital, IT, or consulting environments.
/lili Native-level Chinese speaker, fluent in Italian, and proficient in English.
/lili Strong command of Microsoft Excel and digital tools.
/lili Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
/lili Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
