p At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona.
/pp Your mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.
/pp What will your main responsibilities be?
/pulli Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations.
/lili Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.
/lili Coordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.
/lili Advise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions.
/lili Identify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.
/lili Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.
/li /ulp What will you need?
/pulli At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.
/lili Experience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms) /lili Previous experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent.
/lili Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposals from a blank page.
/lili Experience creating and presenting CxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations.
/lili Strong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
/lili Excellent written and spoken English.
/lili University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.
