p We are currently looking for Field Service Technicians based in Italy to support the installation, commissioning, and servicing of our intralogistics systems.
This role is ideal for hands-on technicians who enjoy working directly with customers and equipment, and who are comfortable traveling to project sites.
/pp The focus is on supporting customers in Italy, especially with regard to services (e.g.maintenance and repairs) as well as new installations.
In addition, the area of responsibility will include working in the local Customer Helpdesk (phone support for customers) and taking on on-call duties.
Interface and cooperation with the Sales and Service Team in Italy as well as close collaboration with the central service team from Germany.
/pp Main tasks key responsibilities /pulli Technical support of customers on their intralogistics systems such as conveyor belts, sorting systems,



pallets and conveyor systems on site at our customers in Italy and throughout Europe.
/lili Installation, commissioning, operator training as well as maintenance and repair of plants and systems on site in Italy and other EMEA countries and remotely /lili Collaboration within the Customer Helpdesk function as well as on-call duty (depending on local requirements) /lili Coordination and guidance of external companies (local service partners and providers), with potential further development to supervisor of larger installations /li /ulp Key internal and external interfaces /pulli Head of Field Service Operations EMEA /lili Teamlead Field Service Engineers /lili Field Service Back Office /lili Field Service Technicians /lili Sales and Service Team in Italy (main contact: Service Manager) /li /ulp Background: /pulli Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, electronics technician or an equivalent qualification /lili Professional experience in the field of field service assembly/service is an advantage /lili Please note that fluent English is mandatory for this role.
