The Level Group is a leading global e-commerce partner for fashion and luxury brands. We are looking for a Treasury Accounting Specialist to join our Treasury team and support the daily treasury and banking accounting activities of the company.

As Treasury Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of bank accounting records while supporting the Treasury function in daily operational activities. You will work closely with the Accounting team and external banking partners to guarantee smooth cash management and payment processes.

What you’ll do

Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Record and monitor daily banking transactions.

Support month‑end closing activities related to treasury and banking accounts.

Assist in the preparation and review of bank reconciliations.

Manage payment execution processes by entering payment instructions into the banking system.

Support treasury operations and cash‑management activities.

Prepare and complete documentation required by banks and financial institutions.

Liaise with banking partners for operational requests and administrative matters.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the correct execution of payments and treasury processes.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury and accounting procedures.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



Economics or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or finance administration role.

Good understanding of accounting principles and the bank reconciliation process.

Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Professional proficiency in Italian and English.

Nice to have

Previous experience in treasury operations.

Experience working with ERP systems and online banking platforms.

Exposure to multinational or fast‑paced environments.

Compensation package within a range of €24,000‑28,000 gross annual salary, plus meal vouchers.
