For our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Market Intelligence and Strategic Positioning Specialist to drive the development of market insights and competitive analysis, supporting executive-level strategic decisions.
The role serves as a key integrator between data, strategic planning and product development, delivering a forward-looking view of market evolution across the global helicopter industry and adjacent emerging domains.
In addition to analytical responsibilities, the position acts as a strategic interface across functions , enabling alignment among key internal stakeholders,
and fostering informed dialogue with external ecosystem players.
Activities Curate and synthesize insights from external sources and industry intelligence, contributing to the development and evolution of business intelligence tools.
Analyze and interpret competitor performance and strategic moves, contributing to regular reporting and forward-looking assessments.
Ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility of market data, ensuring accurate and timely sharing of key information across the organization.
Conduct and structure market research on global trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, translating findings into actionable insights.
Contribute to the development and refinement of mid-long term demand forecasting models for helicopters (civil/parapublic and military), and emerging platforms.
Support the assessment of market evolution, providing key inputs to strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
Requirements - Profile knowledge of Python, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with exposure to senior leadership.
Ability to operate in cross-functional and international environments.
Good written and spoken English communication skills (B2 or above).
Coordination of cross-geography teams, ensuring alignment and integration across regional activities.

How does the selection process work?
