-- It's a great opportunity to join our Property and Workplace team in Rome.
The team, a key point of reference for all functions in daily operations, is committed to ensuring that colleagues and guests have the most satisfying and high-performing experience within our spaces.
We are looking for a Junior Property and Workplace Assistant who can support the team by acting in line with DLA Piper's values, with the aim of ensuring an efficient and excellence-driven working environment.
Main duties and responsibilities Oversee and manage the office spaces, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment consistently aligned with local and international policies as well as HSE requirements.
Conduct periodic inspections of the premises in collaboration with the P previous experience in a similar role, even brief.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
Strong dedication to work, even under pressure, and motivation to engage with an international, stimulating, and challenging environment.
Empathy as a relational skill and a high level of professionalism.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
