KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.
Our Deal Strategy team provides support in M Business Identification and review of synergies both in a pre and post deal phase.
Support in the implementation of tracking models of the synergies identified in the "execution" phase; Synergy assessment and execution: You will analyze all potential synergies both in a pre and post deal phase, supporting end to end the client from the quantification phase to the implementation/ tracking of the identified synergies; Integration A master's degree in business subjects and, preferably, additional post-graduate courses in data science, business analytics and digital innovation; A keen interest in pre and post M An analytical approach and ability to interpret data and KPIs; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of data and analytics tools (e.g., Power, BI and Qlik) is preferred; Flexible to travel for work in Italy and abroad.

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from €31,000 to €41,000.
The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate's skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
