Sharp Brains is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Technician Level 1 for onsite support in Florence, Italy.
The role involves end-user desktop and laptop troubleshooting, IMAC activities, OS imaging, and remote assistance using SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow.
The ideal candidate will provide VIP onsite contact during escalations, support printers and peripherals, and ensure IT security policies are followed.
Fluency in English and Italian is required, with freelance/B2B engagement preferred.
