Job Description
Your next challenge: create the future of R&D;!
You'll join our Technology Innovation department within R&D; Team, where ideas drive innovation.
Whatyou'llbe empowered to do
You will gain exposure to the end-to-end product development process within the Absorbent Hygiene Products category.
You will support the team in understanding consumer needs and in leveraging consumer insights to drive the development of new products.
You will contribute to the creation of models that connect consumer perception with laboratory performance test results, helping translate data into actionable insights.

Your technical playground
A Master's degree in STEM (it is a plus the knoweldge of AI Modeling System and Phyton language)
Fluency in English (B2 or higher) and confidence communicating in an international environment]
