Brightmachines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment at our Florence, Kentucky facility.
You will manage the full hiring lifecycle for both high-volume hourly production staff and specialized operations roles to support our AI infrastructure manufacturing.
You will develop sourcing strategies across job boards, referrals, social media and community groups, organize job fairs, coach hiring managers, and track metrics in Lever ATS to optimize time-to-fill and funnel health.
