We are looking for a motivated
HR Intern
to join our HR Department, with a passion for Talent Acquisition and a strong motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging environment.
You will support the HR Business Partner and be involved in the following activities:
Support all key HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Organization) and prepare reports and dashboards as needed;
Support the HR Business Partner in people lifecycle management, ensuring the accurate preparation of all related documentation;
Support Talent Acquisition activities, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening CVs,
organizing interview schedules, assisting the HR Business Partner and function managers during interviews, managing candidate feedback and preparing relevant documentation;
Support Training activities by collecting training needs, preparing and maintaining monitoring files and reports, and supporting the implementation and follow-up of training initiatives;
Develop professional relationships and credibility with Heads of Functions and other internal stakeholders.
Required profile:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or related fields;
Erasmus or other international exchange experiences are a plus, as well as internships or a Master's degree in Digital Human Resources;
Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken); additional languages are considered a plus;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint;
Confidentiality, integrity and a professional approach to sensitive information;
Responsibility and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and mediation skills;
Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging environment.
