Responsibilities * Coordination and supervision of field activities and the seasonal workers during the growing phases of the crops * Implement new production techniques * Implement high quality assurance measures * Area responsibility for a dedicated production region * Support all activities related to sugar beet seed production * Ensure production stability on a high marketable level (germination and purity) * Apply continuous improvement techniques * Seed production results on stable level for yield and high quality * Implementation of good production techniques and new technologies Requirements * Residing in the Ferrara area or willing to relocate * Technician qualification in agriculture * Sound agricultural know-how, preferably experienced in seed production * Fluent in Italian (mandatory), intermediate English * High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions #J-*****-Ljbffr
