Your Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Metal Fabrication Technologist Engineer with expertise in carpentry, welding, and machining processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical standards, optimizing production methods, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable manufacturing solutions.
Your Impact
Define and maintain technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining processes.
Manage technical documentation and deliver internal training programs.
Evaluate new technologies and propose updates to existing standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Production) to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
Conduct testing and validation of components to meet performance and safety requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and materials.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.




You enjoy working in a team and are interested in product innovation.
You are results- and customer-driven and strive to continuously improve.
What you should bring:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining technologies.
Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Project management capabilities.
